Abstract

The proposal of this work is to raise the possibility of thinking a community of living beings, as a community of difference, starting from from Heidegger’s proposition in Part II, §39-§66, of Fundamental Concepts of Metaphysics (2007). To do this, we will recover the notion of transposition Derrida (2008) omits in his reading of Heidegger’s text, focused exclusively on the ontological difference. We will argue that Heidegger's affirmation of difference together with the figure of transposition does not only open the proposition of relations between the Dasein, the field of life and lifelessness, but also provides a ground to develop a thought about life.
