II Congreso Internacional de Debate en torno a los Demás Animales “Hacia la construcción de mundos no especistas”

Held on November 14 and 15 in the city of Córdoba, Argentina, the Congress included different modalities of participation, such as academic presentations, art, and experiences of activist groups. On this occasion, the organization was in charge of the Veg(etari)anisms and Critical Animal Studies (CIECS, CONICET and UNC) research group, the Animal Ethics Course (Law School, UBA), the Unit for Research Promotion and Development Critical Animal Studies and Transdisciplinarity (FPyCS, UNLP), the Latin American Institute for Critical Animal Studies (ILECA), and the Critical Animal Research Network. The event was aimed at researchers, professionals, teachers of higher and university education, activists, artists, officials and technicians of government entities and civil society organizations, journalists, as well as students working in issues related to the congress theme.
